FAQs

Can I have more than 30 guests?

We are dedicated to preserving our beautiful environment, so maximum guest numbers are intentionally low, to reflect the services, products and pricing we offer. This ensures our bushland and kind neighbours are as undisturbed as possible, and provides your guests with a safe, relaxing setting in which to enjoy your celebration.

Can I Bring food?

Yes! We have had many different types of catering here at Anderson Point, from a simple platter for two to hot meals from professional caterers.  Whatever you decide upon, keep us and your caterer informed of your plans to ensure that we can help your day run smoothly by accommodating their needs.

What facilities are there?

Since Anderson Point is set in pristine bushland, there is no power or lighting.  Usually, this means your services will need to bring their own battery speakers, for example.  Don't worry though, we do have the essential luxuries, such as a cosy little toilet for your needs, a little ramp down to the main ceremony area for those unsteady on stairs and a car park suitable for our capacity.

Are you a licensed venue?

We are a BYO venue, meaning that you can really cut costs on that celebratory glass of champagne! Just deliver your beverages to us (minus water - we provide that) up to the day before your wedding, and we will ensure it is chillled and ready for you and your guests.

What restrictions are there?

We care immensely about bushfire safety, so Anderson Point is a strictly no-smoking venue.

We also want to protect our native bushland, so we ask you to use natural confetti.  Whilst pampas grass and similar seed-dispersing plants are very popular at present, we believe in limiting the spread of non-natives in WA, and as such, they are prohibited.

Are you LGBTQIA+ friendly?

Absolutely!

We strongly believe that

Love

is

Love.

It is as simple as that!
